You may go to your account page and update your account details including addresses, contact details, and opt-in communication details.
Go to your account by clicking on your name located at the top right corner of the screen or by clicking here to go to your account page. Click on “Saved contact details”. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the “Delete Profile” button.
We do not send unsolicited communications to our customers. You may update your opt-in details by going to your account page. Click on “Saved contact details”. Select from the three (3) subscription platform checkboxes. You may also visit our privacy policy page to know more about our data privacy policy.
You can update your contact and address details for fast and quick ordering. You may also save your favorite items and receive notifications for exciting deals and new product offerings.
Ordering
We have many ways you can order! You may go to our stores for Dine-In, Take-Out, Drive-Thru (depending on location), Park & Go (depending on location), Hotline (Metro Manila: 88-87-88-88, Outside Metro Manila #887-8888), or Online Delivery or Pick-up through Facebook Chat, GCash GLife, or our KFC online ordering website and download our mobile app ( KFC android mobile app and KFC IOS mobile app).
We accept cash, mobile payments, electronic bank transfers, KFC Gift Certificates, KFC electronic/digital vouchers, and Philippine-issued credit and debit cards.
Currently, we only accept Philippine-issued MasterCard, VISA, and JCB card schemes.
We don't have a minimum order amount, but we charge a fixed delivery fee of only ₱ 49.
We have special products and offers for other points of purchase, follow us on our KFC Philippines Facebook page to keep updated.
We have exclusive deals for our online customers. Please visit our deals page and check out our latest deals.
We sometimes give out special vouchers for added discounts or offers. You may input these during the checkout process. Simply type in the voucher code in the Coupon Box and click Apply. Please check the terms and conditions for the validity and mechanics of each voucher.
Yes, we offer special discounts for Senior Citizens or Persons with Disabilities. They can be found on the cart page. Simply select your discount type, input your corresponding discount ID, and click Apply. Please note the special discounts are not valid with any other promos or offers.
You will only receive an email/SMS confirmation and order number after you complete the order transaction. Alternatively, you may also reach out to our hotline to check on the status of your order: (Metro Manila: 88-87-8888, Outside Metro Manila #887-8888).
We strive to provide you with access to our products at any time. Unfortunately, some stores may not be able to cater to you immediately, or they are closed at the time of ordering. You may select Pick-up as an option for other nearby stores. Alternatively, you may order from our partners: GrabFood and FoodPanda for deliveries.
For cancellation of delivery transactions, please call our hotline at 88-87-88-88 (Metro Manila) or #887-8888 (outside Metro Manila).
The refund process can take from 5 days up to 30 days depending on the bank. Please reach out to your bank for updates on the refund process of your card transaction.
Our hotline is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you still cannot reach our hotline, our staff might have been engaged in other calls which placed your call in the queue. You may also place an order via this app or through KFC delivery website.

Yes. We regularly carry out inspections to ensure all our restaurants meet KFC standards of excellence.
We abide by the health and safety guidelines set forth for each region, including but not limited to the following: Proper social distancing, Wearing face masks, gloves, and hairnets, Handwashing every 30 minutes or as needed, Regular sanitization of high touch point areas including counters and door handles, Our chicken is cooked at 170°C in a sanitized kitchen, Every meal goes through a 34-point quality check, Once your chicken leaves our fryers, the first hands to touch it are yours.
All of our food is cooked and held in accordance with stringent food safety standards. Cooking and holding times vary depending on the menu item.
